Office & Employee Experience Manager

Location: Tel Aviv

Scope: Full-time

Reports to: Head of People Operations

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, functional, and welcoming workspace.
  • Manage office supplies, IT equipment, food & beverages, and merchandise orders.
  • Maintain and update office policies, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Track office-related expenses, ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time.
  • Act as the go-to person for employee queries regarding office-related issues.
  • Be part of planning and executing employee wellness activities and initiatives to enhance company culture.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing workstations and office essentials for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Experience in office administration, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and creative approach to improving office operations and employee experience.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant - a plus.
  • Familiarity with startup environments and the ability to adapt to changing needs - a plus.
