Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, functional, and welcoming workspace.
- Manage office supplies, IT equipment, food & beverages, and merchandise orders.
- Maintain and update office policies, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Track office-related expenses, ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time.
- Act as the go-to person for employee queries regarding office-related issues.
- Be part of planning and executing employee wellness activities and initiatives to enhance company culture.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing workstations and office essentials for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience in office administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and creative approach to improving office operations and employee experience.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant - a plus.
- Familiarity with startup environments and the ability to adapt to changing needs - a plus.
