About the Role

Responsibilities

Manage office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, functional, and welcoming workspace.
Manage office supplies, IT equipment, food & beverages, and merchandise orders.
Maintain and update office policies, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Track office-related expenses, ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time.
Act as the go-to person for employee queries regarding office-related issues.
Be part of planning and executing employee wellness activities and initiatives to enhance company culture.
Support the onboarding process by preparing workstations and office essentials for new hires.
Lead and coordinate Employee Experience programs, including team events, celebrations, and recognition initiatives.
Ensure that the office environment reflects the company’s values and contributes to employee well-being.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or a similar role.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and creative approach to improving office operations and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Experience in leading employee engagement or culture initiatives – a strong plus.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant – a plus.
Familiarity with startup environments and the ability to adapt to changing needs – a plus.
