Technical Writer

Create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation including:

• User guides
• API documentation
• Release notes
• Integration guides
• Knowledge base articles
• Internal documentation
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to understand new features and technical workflows.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and structured content.
• Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
• Own the documentation lifecycle from planning to publishing and ongoing updates.
• Manage documentation tools and publishing platforms.
• Support customer-facing teams with accurate technical materials.

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS company.
• Strong ability to understand APIs, system architecture, and technical workflows.
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
• Experience with documentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
