About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own and scale our hiring efforts end-to-end. You’ll work closely with founders and hiring managers, act as a trusted advisor, and help build the foundations of a high-performing team.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building recruiting processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment across Product & R&D roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs, team goals, and growth plans.
Proactively source top talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and creative channels.
Manage and optimize the candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance.
Drive interview processes, including scheduling, feedback loops, and offer management.
Build and refine recruiting processes, tools, and metrics as we scale.
Strengthen our employer brand and represent the company to candidates and partners.
Use data to track hiring performance and continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in technical talent acquisition or recruiting (startup or high-growth environment preferred).
Experience hiring for multiple functions and seniority levels.
Hands-on sourcing expertise and a strong candidate-first mindset.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with ATS tools and modern recruiting tech.
