About the Role

Reco is the leader in Dynamic SaaS Security, helping organizations close the SaaS Security Gap created by rapid SaaS, AI, and identity growth.

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A professional to join our Finance team and support strategic planning, reporting, and growth initiatives in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Produce monthly management reports and variance analysis
Analyze key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, and LTV
Partner with business leaders to track performance vs. plan
Support U.S. entity reporting and cross-border finance processes
Support finance team in accounting functions
Drive improvements in financial processes, automation, and reporting tools

Requirements

5+ years of FP&A / financial analysis experience
Experience in a SaaS or technology company
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Familiarity with subscription metrics and revenue models
Experience with ERP / FP&A tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, Salesforce, HiBob Finance )
Experience working with AI tools( claude , ChatGPT)
Fluent English — mandatory
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
