Investment will accelerate go-to-market expansion as Fortune 500 enterprises move to secure agents across business ecosystems

‍

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. - Sep. 29, 2026 - Reco, the leader in Agentic Security, today announced it has raised an additional $55 million including a strategic investment from AT&T Ventures and support from new investors Forestay and Quadrille Capital. It brings Reco’s total funding to $140 million and will support expansion across sales, partnerships, channels and customer support.

‍

The new capital follows growing demand from Fortune 500 companies as agents become embedded across the agentic enterprise, from applications and collaboration tools to browsers, copilots and automated workflows. Gartner predicts the average global Fortune 500 enterprise will have more than 150,000 agents in use by 2028, up from fewer than 15 in 2025, creating significant agent sprawl, IT complexity and management challenges.

‍

As adoption accelerates, Reco enables security teams to understand which agents are active, what identities and permissions they use, what data and systems they can reach, which workflows they can initiate and how risky access can be reduced or revoked.

‍

According to Grand View Research’s 2026 Agentic AI Security Market report, the global market was valued at $1.3 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $17.8 billion by 2033, representing a compound annual growth rate of 38.9% from 2026 to 2033.

‍

Reco will use the funds to expand sales, partnerships, channels and customer support as large enterprises move from early agent security projects to broader deployment. Reco’s integrations with hundreds of leading AI providers and enterprise applications, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Workday, give customers the coverage needed to govern agents where they already operate.

‍

“Agents are gaining access to business applications and data faster than many organizations can map or govern those connections,” said Ofer Klein, CEO and co-founder of Reco. “AT&T’s participation as both a customer and strategic investor reflects the need for security that follows agents across enterprise ecosystems. This funding will help Reco expand sales, partnerships and customer support as more large enterprises move agents into production.”

‍

Across industries, agents are gaining access to sensitive data and business systems through OAuth grants, API connections, service accounts, browser sessions, MCP tools and embedded AI features within applications employees already use. A single agent may appear low risk in isolation, but its interconnected permissions create a blast radius that can ripple across customer data, source code, financial workflows, tickets, documents and collaboration channels. Reco maps these relationships across the enterprise, helping security teams identify unnecessary exposure and reduce or revoke risky access with precision.

‍

“As both an investor and customer, AT&T recognizes the growing importance of helping organizations understand and manage how AI agents interact with business applications and data,” said Vikram Taneja, Head of AT&T Ventures. “Reco’s approach to visibility and governance aligns with the needs we are seeing across enterprises as agent adoption continues to evolve.”

‍

“Reco helps AT&T strengthen governance across our enterprise apps and AI ecosystem by providing greater visibility into agent security risk, access management, and third-party integrations,” said Rich Baich, Chief Information Security Officer, AT&T. “This insight enables better decision-making, improves audit readiness, and supports our commitment to securing innovation across the enterprise.”

‍

Reco’s platform is built on the Reco Graph, which maps the relationships among agents, identities, applications, permissions, data and workflows. This identity and posture context enables security teams to discover agents and AI-enabled tools, prioritize risk based on business impact and remediate with precision. Instead of forcing teams to choose between blocking AI adoption and accepting unmanaged exposure, Reco helps organizations reduce excessive permissions, revoke outdated access, disable risky integrations and enforce policy without disrupting legitimate workflows.
