Title: Field Marketing Manager
Reports to: Head of Product Marketing
About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of Reco's event marketing initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable and impactful events that engage our target audience, generate leads, and enhance Reco's brand awareness.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of Reco's events, including CISO events, conferences, trade shows, and workshops.
- Establish event objectives, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create event content, collateral, and promotional materials.
- Oversee event registration, attendee experience, and follow-up processes.
- Ensure all events are executed smoothly and on-brand.
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success.
- Work closely with the other team members to develop event-specific content and messaging.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and email marketing to promote events effectively.
- Track and analyze event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, lead generation.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate event success and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare post-event reports and share findings with the team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor events, and best practices in event marketing.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and event partners.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience. 1-2 years of experience planning and executing successful events.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for vendor and partner management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize event strategies.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique event ideas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Bachelor degree in a related field is required.
- Experience in cyber security and/or SaaS B2B a plus.
